Short version: we collect only what you give us, use it only to respond and deliver our service, host it in the EU, and never sell it.
Who we are
Himalaya Talents, part of Concealed Wines AB (org.nr 556770-1585), Bo Bergmans gata 14, 115 50 Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the client portal. Questions? Email info@himalayatalents.com.
What we collect, and why
Contact enquiries: name, work email, company, phone and your message, used to respond and follow up. Career applications: name, contact details, LinkedIn profile, role and experience, used to assess your application. Client portal accounts: name, work email and the activity needed to operate the service (accounts are created by invitation only). Simply browsing this site collects nothing. No analytics, no tracking.
Legal basis
Enquiries and applications are processed based on your consent and the steps needed before entering an agreement; portal data is processed to perform our agreement with your organisation.
Who can access your data
Data is stored with EU-hosted providers: Supabase (database and authentication, Stockholm region) and Vercel (hosting). We never sell personal data. Where our team in Nepal accesses personal data, that access is role-based, minimised and covered by contractual safeguards. See Security & Data Protection.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept only as long as the dialogue requires, then deleted. Portal data is kept for the duration of the client relationship and any legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@himalayatalents.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
