Himalaya Talents contributes to Nepali society through three concrete, long-term initiatives. 5% of every client invoice goes directly to this work as part of the agreement, and you choose which initiative your contribution supports.
Entrepreneurship
Together with a university in Kathmandu, we arrange a yearly Vibe Code Challenge, a competition where students build real, working products.
The winners get twelve months to turn their idea into a business, with real support around them and not just a diploma and a handshake.

Children on the autism spectrum
Together with a Nepali organisation specialised in autism support, we support activities for children on the autism spectrum and their families: regular, routine social activities that help the children grow, and make sure neither they nor their families are left alone in the situation.

Equality
We support young women in Nepal, and we hold ourselves to the same standard: our aim is an equal number of women and men in our own organisation, both at staff and at manager level.
We also donate to a Nepali organisation working for women's rights and opportunities.
